What if I lose the key?

The watch will be supplied with 2x keys. Additional keys can be purchased using the key code that will come with the watch

Does my watch need a SIM card to work?

Yes it does, to ease the setup process we recommend you add another sim to your existing contract from the same network provider

Which networks is the watch compatible with?

The watch is compatible with all networks

Can someone else see where my child is?

No! We have gone to great lengths to prevent this from happening

Is the watch waterproof?

Yes it is IP68 rated which means its ok to swim at up to 1.5m for up to 30mins

How long does the battery last before it needs charging?

This depends on usage but the watch can last up to 3 days before needing to be recharged

Do you share my data with anyone?

No, we do not share our data with anyone and it is stored in the UK on our secure servers

Can my child send a voice note to another LO-K-8 watch that isn’t in their besties list?

No, parents must approve a Bestie request in the App before voice notes can be sent
